QB Stable’s and Mastrole’s prices are from their websites, checked in October 2026. Sessions a month count four weeks: three a week at ARQ and two at QB Stable. Mastrole’s memberships include two a month; one session alone is $100.
How the training works.
Every plan includes group training, film in season and the app. Elite private sessions are booked on their own.
Elite group training
Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings in Sarasota. Groups by age and skill level, so every quarterback trains with players who push them.
Elite private sessions
With video analysis. $150, or $100 for families on a membership.
Film and check-ins
Weekly film review of each game, and on-field check-ins once a month through the fall.
ARQ IQ and the app
Lessons to learn the game, and the coach’s feedback and the plan in the ARQ 360 app.

About training.
Who does ARQ train?
Quarterbacks from youth and middle school through high school, college and the pros.
When and where are sessions?
Group sessions are Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 to 7:30 PM and Saturday mornings in Sarasota.
What happens during the season?
Weekly film review in season, and monthly check-ins through the fall.
How does payment work?
Memberships are monthly. Families pay monthly, twice a month or weekly, in the ARQ 360 app.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes. Elite private sessions are one hour with video analysis: $150, or $100 for families on a membership.
Do you train college quarterbacks?
